Timothy Rice Estate and Elder Law is pleased to share that Meghan L. Rice has joined the firm as an associate attorney.
Meghan focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, guardianships and conservatorships, Medicaid planning and contested probate and fiduciary matters. She works closely with individuals and families through some of life’s most personal and consequential decisions. A strong background in civil and commercial litigation allows Meghan to create estate plans that avoid disputes and address fiduciary matters and closely held businesses or real estate interests. Just as important, she approaches her work with empathy, attention to detail and a genuine dedication to understanding each client’s goals and concerns.
