The Go-To Estate Planning Firm Serving Families in Southern & Central New Jersey and Philadelphia Area
VOORHEES, N.J. (Jan. 25, 2023) — Timothy Rice Estate and Elder Law announced today that it is celebrating 20 years of providing estate planning, estate administration and elder law services to families in the southern and central New Jersey and Philadelphia region.
“We could not have reached this momentous milestone without the support of clients, referral partners and, of course, our attorneys and professional team,” said Managing Partner Tim Rice. “The Firm has tripled in size since we opened our doors in 2003, but we still deliver the type of personal client service that you can only find at a small firm, though our decades of skilled experience rivals large law firms.”
The TREEL team now includes Partner Kimberlie Fiero, paralegals Nancy Perry and Ruth DiRico and Client Relations/Marketing Coordinator Rebecca Post.
Looking back, Rice says he’s most proud of the trusted role he and the TREEL team have played in so many clients’ lives over the decades. “I have personally provided estate and elder law counsel for 30 years, often serving multiple generations of the same family,” he says. “The loyalty and longevity we’ve received has made us a go-to estate and elder law firm in the area, and we couldn’t be more pleased.”
From estate and Medicare planning and probate court litigation to veteran’s affairs and special needs and pet trusts, TREEL’s team helps clients from 18 to 108 years old secure their futures — and those of their loved ones.
Looking forward, TREEL will continue to be a resource and guide for families as they navigate the often complex and emotional estate and elder law process and its ever-changing laws. The TREEL team stays abreast of new laws and regulations and ensures clients stay in-the-know on updates that may impact their planning.
Meanwhile, TREEL and its team prioritize contributions to their local and professional communities, sharing what they know through educational programming designed especially for seniors and members of local business networking groups and to support the LGBTQ community and individuals with special needs, among others.
Rice is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association Elder Law Section and is an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for Veteran’s benefits before the Department of Veteran Affairs.
Fiero is also a member of various local and state bar associations, serves as vice chair of the Monmouth County Fair Housing Board, chairperson of the Ocean County Senior Advisory Counsel and member of the Geriatric Advisory Counsel, Ocean County chapter.
