To respond to clients’ growing needs, Timothy Rice Estate and Elder Law firm (TREEL) welcomes Sarah L. Cranston, Esq. and Elsie Louie to the firm’s Voorhees office.
Timothy J. Rice, TREEL’s founder and managing partner commented, “We are so pleased that Sarah and Elsie have joined our firm with their respective legal expertise as we all focus on delivering extraordinary client service to our booming business.”
Rice went on to point out “Sarah’s experience as a solo practitioner in the estate and elder law arena makes her eminently qualified to ‘hit the ground running’ in our practice. She has proven to deliver individual attention and utmost compassion to her clients in an effort to minimize risk and reduce associated anxiety and trepidation over legacy and end-of-life decisions.”
Cranston, a Bellmawr, NJ resident, focuses her practice on providing clients and their families with well-informed counsel and thoughtful guidance on estate planning and elder law matters.
Following a decade-long career as a writer and editor, including time spent as managing editor for a professional magazine for small businesses, Cranston recognized the importance owners of family businesses placed on leaving a legacy for their families. “In my previous career,” Cranston said, “I learned firsthand that families are very concerned about what will happen to all that they have built after they pass away. Those concerns fostered and led to my legal career in estate planning and administration. Now, I am passionate about helping young families and giving them peace of mind with advance planning. It’s not just about the assets my clients accumulate over the years; for me, it’s about helping mothers and fathers take care of their children.”
In her role as an experienced paralegal and legal assistant, Louie supports many facets of TREEL’s growing business such as in-depth client intake, effectively interfacing with New Jersey courts and relevant government agencies, as well as providing compassionate client service.
During her esteemed legal services career, Louie has exhibited outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. She also has extensive experience in summarizing client documents, organizing trial exhibits and binders, and maintaining electronic filing systems. She is also a Certified Notary Public.
Since 1991, Timothy Rice has helped individuals and families in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania to navigate the complex legal, medical and financial aspects of estate planning and administration, estate litigation, Medicaid planning, and other elder and veteran law issues.
