Estate and Elder Law Services

Since joining TREEL in 2019, Kim has assumed key operational responsibilities and management duties. Kim has expanded TREEL’s services to Monmouth and Ocean counties in Central and Southern New Jersey, where the firm’s presence is growing, due in large part to Kim’s active role in the community. She also plays a leading role in keeping the law firm’s processes and systems up to date. From overseeing staff to streamlining daily functions, Kim has helped implement improvements that allow the firm to meet its goal of consistently providing more efficient client service.

Kim’s legal career began more than 20 years ago as an attorney with Ocean-Monmouth Legal Services, a nonprofit organization serving residents of Monmouth and Ocean counties in New Jersey. She provided free legal assistance to low-income residents, including seniors and those receiving disability or other state and federal income, with an array of legal issues. She then transitioned to private practice working at a Monmouth County law firm where she honed her skills and interests in estate planning and elder law.

Kim is passionate about positively impacting people and, since joining TREEL, she is thrilled to leverage her experience and knowledge to help clients secure their futures and protect their loved ones. Full of compassion and holding a deep understanding of the complexities of estate and elder law, Kim listens to her clients to get to know their unique family dynamics and personal financial situations so she can tailor guidance that aligns with their wishes.
